Partnerships for firms and institutions

Big plans need local ground truth.

For developers, landowners, banks and lenders, attorneys, brokers, engineers, larger employers and economic development groups. Annual partnerships, invoiced and paid by bank transfer.

Site reports

Five reports, each on a named parcel.

Every report is researched from primary sources, quoted in writing for its scope, and reviewed by a senior advisor before it's released.

Zoning and entitlement

What the parcel is entitled for today, what changing that takes, and where it gets decided.

Site readiness and feasibility

Everything in zoning, plus utilities, environmental red flags, carrying costs and a clear go or no-go.

Location data audit

Parcel and listing data checked against source records, corrected, with conflicts flagged.

Power and energization screen

Your load against published capacity, the interconnection queue and gas service, with a stated power path.

Site snapshot

A site package of any size turned into one page a decision-maker will actually read.

Parcel Watch

Planning and zoning agendas read every week against the parcels you name, so nothing gets decided without you knowing.

How credit works

Credit in dollars, applied to your quotes.

Your site report credit is applied to written quotes you accept during your partnership year. Once the credit is used, your member rate applies to every quote that follows.

Reserved slots hold your place in each week's schedule. Each report has a set number of openings per week, so a reserved slot means your project starts when you're ready, not when the calendar clears.

Your partnership agreement sets out exactly how credit, slots and renewals work.

Ground rules

What a partnership is, and isn't.

Not a referral program. Partnerships buy research, scheduling, time and sponsorship visibility. Delta Circle doesn't sell leads or referrals, and no partner pays for, or is paid for, business sent their way.

Research, not a legal opinion. Site reports are research on public records and the materials you provide. They are not legal advice, engineering or a survey, and the local jurisdiction makes the final decision.

Community goals are yours to count. If your bank tracks community investment, your compliance team decides whether a sponsorship counts. We provide a record of what was sponsored and who it reached.
