The fine print, in plain words
Good to know before you join.
Is there a minimum term?
Rooted has none. Growing and Anchor include a website, which carries a three-month minimum, or you can pay for the year. If you cancel inside the first three months, the site comes down and your domain is transferred to you. You never owe the rest.
What if a week has nothing worth my time?
We tell you it was an empty week. We'd rather send you nothing than pad a list with bids you can't win or programs you don't qualify for.
How do project credits work?
One credit is worth $50 of done-for-you work. Every project is priced in credits and agreed in writing before we start. Credits you don't use roll forward and last 39 weeks on Growing and Anchor.
Can I switch memberships?
Yes. Move up anytime and the new benefits start that week. Move down at the end of your current billing period.
Do you guarantee I'll win a bid, a grant or a spot on Google?
No, and nobody honest can. We find the opportunities that fit, help you prepare, and build your site properly.
