For banks, attorneys and brokers
Ground truth for your clients.
For community banks and lenders, attorneys, commercial brokers, engineers and larger employers who need a defensible read on a site, and a visible place in the business community their work depends on.
What the membership does
What you actually get.
Independent site research
Zoning, feasibility, location data and power, researched from primary sources and reviewed before release. Something to put in a credit file or hand across a table.
Your name on the cover
On the Firm partnership, reports carry your firm's branding, so the work you commissioned looks like the work you commissioned.
Reserved scheduling
A reserved report slot each month, so a closing date doesn't wait for a queue.
Programs your clients qualify for
Incentive and funding programs matched weekly, so the conversation with a borrower or client includes money they didn't know existed.
A real seat locally
Sponsor the Circle Meeting, list as a Resource Partner, and give sponsored memberships to the small businesses you serve.
People who need you
Members are borrowers, buyers, sellers and clients. Being the firm in the room is the point.

You can move up or down at any time, and the change takes effect the same week.
Where most start
Professional partnership

- Planning agenda watch on up to 3 parcels
- Every business planning tool
- A 20-minute advisor session each quarter
- 2 seats at the Circle Meeting and a Resource Partner listing
The people in it
Who else you'll meet.
Developers and landowners with live projects, agents with listings, contractors bidding the work, and hundreds of small businesses who need a banker, a lawyer or a broker they can call.
The Circle Meeting is 40 minutes on Zoom once a month. The member directory is searchable by trade and state, and if you tell us who you need to meet, we make the introduction by name with both sides' permission.

Worth saying plainly
What we don't do.
Partnerships buy research, scheduling, time and sponsorship. We do not sell leads or referrals, and nobody is paid or charged for business sent their way.
Reports are research, not legal advice, engineering, an appraisal or a survey.
Whether a sponsorship counts toward your institution's community investment goals is your compliance team's decision, not ours.
