About Delta Circle
Is Delta Circle a chamber of commerce?
No. Delta Circle is a membership business that provides services to its members. Chambers are community organizations run by their members, and we think they're worth belonging to. We work alongside them.
Where do you work?
Everything is delivered remotely. Memberships, websites and site reports are available to businesses and parcels anywhere in the United States, and members join the Circle Meeting from wherever they are.
Is there a free membership?
No. Every membership includes real, weekly work done by people, and our prices reflect that. Rooted starts at $29 a month.
Memberships and billing
How do I pay?
Business memberships are paid by card, monthly or yearly, through a secure checkout link we send after confirming your request. Partnerships are invoiced yearly and paid by bank transfer.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your current month or year runs to its end. Memberships that include a website have a three-month minimum; if you cancel inside it, the site comes down and your domain is transferred to you.
Why is Anchor limited to 20 members?
Anchor includes advisor sessions and hands-on work every quarter. Capping it means every Anchor member gets real attention.
The work
Will you guarantee I win bids or grants?
No. We find what fits, help you prepare, and tell you plainly when a week has nothing worth your time.
How long does a site report take?
It depends on the report and the jurisdiction. Your written quote gives a promised delivery date, and the clock starts once we have the parcel, the jurisdiction and the decision you're making.
Are site reports legal advice?
No. They are research on public records and the materials you provide, not legal advice, engineering or a survey.
Partnerships
I'm a lender, broker or attorney. Is this a referral arrangement?
No. Partnerships buy research, scheduling, time and sponsorship visibility. We don't sell leads or referrals, and nobody pays or is paid for business sent their way.
What happens to unused site report credit?
It applies to written quotes accepted during your partnership year. Your partnership agreement spells out exactly how it works.
